3. Licence and usage

Each template purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the template in accordance with the licence type selected at checkout. Full licence details are available on our licence information page.

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original template files. You may not claim authorship of the template design.

4. Intellectual property

All template designs, graphics, code, and content on this website are the intellectual property of ImagineLayout or its licensors. Your purchase grants a usage licence only — ownership of the design remains with ImagineLayout.

5. Pricing and payments

Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. See our refund policy for details.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your licence to use purchased templates remains valid.

8. Limitation of liability

ImagineLayout provides templates "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that templates will meet your specific requirements or be error-free. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the template in question.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
