1. Our guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a template does not meet your expectations for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] or use our contact form. Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
3. Processing time
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined if: the request is made more than 14 days after purchase, there is evidence of abuse (e.g. repeated purchases and refunds of the same template), or the template files have been substantially used in a completed project.
5. Bundles and multiple purchases
Bundle purchases are refunded in full — partial refunds for individual templates within a bundle are not available. If you purchased multiple individual templates, each can be refunded separately within the 14-day window.
